No monthly fees charged to our homeowners for house cleaning, laundry, check-in/out fee, toiletries, welcome kit nor any detergents.

And the most important; no labor responsibilities for owners, all our staff are registered under the DR Labor code.
CONTI & CO provides solution for professional pool & garden services for properties under our vacation rental program. Our services are provided 3 times per week and the monthly cost for pool service start from only 80.00U$D including chemicals and garden care from 65.00U$D and best part; you don't have to worry about having to provide nor maintain gardening equipment's.
All our staff are registered under DR labor code.
